This is the simplified illustration of the reduced racket. The racket will be leaning forward towards the street resting on a base. The racket will also cast a manmade shadow that leads into the street. The badminton racket is the object we decided to go with to metaphorically show growth and ambition. 
The racket is an addition to the shuttle cocks on the Nelson Atkins lawn made by Claes Oldenburg. The message of the racket is to show the second after impact of hitting the shuttlecocks over to the Nelson. Meaning the students of KCAI growing onto successful careers being able to have works in museums.

Process

This is some more iteration process. Still working on a strong composition to relay a message of pleasure and dependability. I will work with the realistic photos more by shooting from different angles and positioning differently. 

Packaging CE

 Here's some more mock ups of the packaging assignment. I decided to go with blue as the dominant hue with this group. I talked to a lot of people on their thoughts of Clear Eyes and they told me when it reminded them of refreshing, blue, relieve. The red box were mistaking for blood so I decided to go with a different approach. (process at the end)
