I think this reading was very influential. Everything was touched and well explained. The overall message I got was to just relax. Recognize everything that you fear and prepare for those moments. Also do your research on the employer and compaany before going. This gives you something to talk about. Another moment to show why you are the best match for the job.
I liked that the simple interview ordinary questions where brought up. Show how these question have some of the most importance. Answering those questions with sophisticated answers automatically sets you apart from the competition.
